News on the street is that Scottish ‘borrower’ Luke Fowler is facing court action for using someone else’s film.
The one about RD Laing apparently. We know very little so this item is a whole lot more speculative that usual (90% SPECULATION! GUARANTEED!), but allegedly the lawsuit request is for 50% of any income he has made, both through sales and exhibition fees.
Apparently his gallerist, Toby Webster has told him he is on his own for this one… Good luck Lukey.
